Dreadful experience so far - placed an order for over 100 GBP of produce 1 week ago - the website stated that all of these products were in stock. I used them as it was a product my wife had mentioned and their website was advertising bundles for mothers day which was 3 days after I placed the order. 1 week later, I still have not received the order, I have contacted customer services a few times and they have responded but have been unable to confirm or indeed to give me any idea as to when the products will arrive - all they have provided is a Fedex tracking link which gives no detail that I need at all (like when might I be lucky enough for the package to finally arrive). So they have taken the money, they have managed to send me 4 upsell emails since placing my initial order to try and sell me more stuff but they failed to deliver in a timely way and as things stand, the company could be a bunch of scammers for all I know. I think they really need to sort out their processes and communication - in this day and age of e-commerce it is simply not good enough to take people's money and give them no idea when their goods might arrive, nor is it cool to be sending 4 sales emails within 6 days of me making that first purchase. Let's hope the products are good and they can sort our their order fulfilment and communication issues.
